Terms and Conditions for the Firm of LegalTech and Compliance

This document establishes the terms and conditions under which Lexpro, S.A. DE C.V. and/or LEXPRO US, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “The Firm,” offers its LegalTech and Compliance services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms:

  1. Definitions

  • “Services”: Any software, application, traditional legal consultation, legal services for new technologies, traditional or blockchain compliance, DLT, digital assets, or related, anti-fraud, cybersecurity, national or international regulatory frameworks for digital assets, Fintech, artificial intelligence, corporate governance, and other related topics or materials provided by the Firm.

  • “User”: Any person or entity that accesses or uses the Services.

  1. Use of Services

Users must use the Services only for legal purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. Any misuse may result in the termination of access to the Services.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users’ personal data. The collection and use of information are subject to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related rights are and will remain the property of the Firm. No right or license is granted except the limited right to use the Services under these terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Firm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services it offers and is exempt from liability for any decision made independently by the client, whether directly or through third parties.

  1. Modifications to the Terms

The Firm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Clause: Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION CENTER OF THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF EL SALVADOR.

  1. Termination

The Firm may terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice for any reason, including misuse of the Services.

  1. Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of El Salvador in Central America.
