SPECIALIZATION IN ECONOMIC CRIMINAL LAW AND CIVIL LAW IN DAMAGES AND LOSSES. His professional career began as a Justice of the Peace in the metropolitan area of San Salvador, El Salvador, for a term of 5 years. He graduated from the First Promotion of the Judicial Training School of El Salvador.

He has a degree in Criminology and Crime Scene Investigation and has conducted studies on topics related to fraud prevention and litigation in cases of Fraud and Document Falsification. He has been a university professor in Oral and Written Expression, Criminal Procedural Law, and Civil Law. He has provided training in various continuing higher education programs on topics related to oral litigation techniques.

He has served as a Consultant for international organizations such as the International Development Agency (AID) and the Inter-American Development Bank (BID). He has coordinated and drafted various draft laws. He provides training in leadership development and teamwork.

He has specialized in Judicial Representation in litigation related to Economic Criminal Law, both as a prosecutor and complainant, as well as in the defense of individuals or legal entities. In Civil Law, he has specialized in Restorative Justice, particularly in lawsuits for Damages and Losses, including Moral Damages.
